You don’t need to be present for the shoot. As long as we have access to the property through a lockbox or the seller, we can handle everything. You're always welcome to be there if you'd like.

Photos are delivered within 24 hours, and video is delivered within 48 hours. All media is professionally edited and delivered in a download-ready gallery so you can easily upload to the MLS and marketing platforms.

Most shoots take 45–90 minutes, depending on the size of the property and the services included. Larger homes or listings that include video may take a little longer.

If weather conditions affect the shoot, we can reschedule or use editing techniques like blue sky replacements and twilight enhancements to ensure the listing still looks its best.
